Downtown Vision, Inc. (DVI) is the Business Improvement District (BID) non-profit for Downtown Jacksonville. A 501(c)6 organization, DVI has a mission to build and maintain a healthy and vibrant Downtown Jacksonville community and promote Downtown as an exciting place to live, work, visit and invest. Formed in 2000 at the request of Downtown commercial property owners, DVI is funded by commercial property owners through a self-assessment and governed by a board of directors representing downtown property owners. DVI administers a 90-block Downtown Improvement District to provide a multitude of valuable services to property owners, including a robust Clean & Safe Ambassador program, event activation & placemaking, marketing, information resources, business assistance, stakeholder advocacy & support.

The Camden Special Services District (CSSD) was organized in 2005 as a means of fostering economic development in the City of Camden's downtown commercial district. CSSD is a traditional business improvement district with a robust clean and safe program, designed to improve the physical appearance of downtown Camden and adjacent areas in order to provide an enhanced sense of safety and hospitality to visitors, residents, employees and students. In doing so, the program benefits existing businesses and supports new investment. The program creates job opportunities for Camden residents, as the CSSD hires only workers from the Camden community. In February 2011, CSSD became a subsidiary of Cooper’s Ferry Partnership; however, the CSSD remained its own independent organization with separate funding and board of directors.

Cooper's Ferry is a private non-profit corporation aimed at coherently planning and implementing high-quality urban redevelopment projects to help replenish Camden's depleted tax base and create large number of jobs for city residents. Cooper's Ferry also works to improve Camden's environment as a place in which to live, to work, to visit and to invest.

Assisted in representing high profile clients such as Marriott, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Lincoln Electric and AMD in civil litigation. Appeared in California state court for clients and pro-bono. Substantial pro-bono work supporting the LA Downtown community, including collaborating with Public Counsel on their Homeless Court project, recognized at PC's 2005 Annual William O. Douglas Awards.
