Responsible for creating, developing and deploying the products and services that will take O2 beyond pure minutes, texts and data. The Customer Strategy and Development team has the remit to re-ignite the company’s mojo and Board level backing to do so. The team is responsible for launching O2’s Connected Devices, Smart Home and Family propositions, bringing the firm a full step towards being the digital telco of the future. I am personally leading Marketing and Proposition for O2's Smart Home programme.

Machine to Machine is the technology that will accelerate growth of the mobile internet to 20 billion connections by 2020 – connecting cars, buildings, healthcare devices and cameras. This team won the largest single government contract ever awarded to deliver 22 million smart meters for £1.5bn. An exciting role within a fast-moving part of O2 seeking to bring O2 products closer to the lives of its customers. A multi-faceted product and consumer strategy role which included product owner responsibility for an international agile software development team, business case ownership and channel marketing to national retail partners, O2 Retail, o2.co.uk and major Enterprise channels.I was responsible for:• End-to-end product marketing.• Leadership of an international cross-functional team of over 100 people.• Marketing budget for b2b launch.• Allocation of digital product development capex budget.• Innovation, leading customer research and being the voice of the customer.• Building and managing senior relationships to Executive Director level.
