For this role I have to design and implement new and upgraded IT services for use within MHA by gathering and understanding stakeholder requirements, producing accurate and complete designs, performing engineering work, and assisting with implementation.Key aspects of the role are: 1) To produce IT designs and associated documentation under the guidance of the IT Technical Lead2) Providing advanced (3rd/4th line) support and technical leadership and mentoring to the IT Service Desk3) Provide input into technical planning and MHA’s IT strategy

- Food & Drink Stock Management, which includes the counting/ordering of stock and the pricing of stock to ensure a good GP%- Health and Safety, ensuring all relevant food and safety hygiene laws are upheld correctly along with ensuring all licensing laws are adhered to.- Leadership: An experienced team leader for 10 staff members who is able to influence, lead and delegate jobs efficiently.- Conflict resolution: resolving situations that are either staff or customer orientated.- Adaptability: Efficiently working under pressure to ensure the venue is running smoothly at all times.- Financial Management; responsible for the cashing up and banking of up to £10,000 a week

- Venue management: Ensuring the safety of customers on a nightly basis in a 300 capacity venue by working closely with security to ensure correct procedures are in place.- Alcohol stock management: The counting and ordering of stock to closely monitor any deficits and investigate into this alongside calculated stock ordering to ensure a healthy holding period.- Financial Management; responsible for the cashing up and banking of up to £35,000 a week and creation of P&L’s.- Staff management; Managing a team of 15-20 staff, keeping staff challenged, training staff to the required level expected, utilising staff talents and skills in the correct areas.
