    CTO and Co-founder of Alcove Technologies. Joined as employee #2, hired and formed our software development team of three engineers, a head of product, and a UX/UI designer. Architected and contributed heavily to building Alcove from 0-1. We created a React front end/node microservice backend hosted on GCP using the MERN stack, coded in Typescript. I was recruited by Menlo Labs, from whom we raised $3.5M. We were one of the first companies of the Menlo Labs incubator.While at Alcove, I implemented reporting with Google Analytics, Hubspot, and HotJar. I also implemented and oversaw integrations with FedEx, UPS, USPS, Quickbooks, Pinterest, Stripe, and Gmail.

This included creating mobile optimized versions of our web apps, and the creation of native applications for iOS and Android. I selected the Monotouch/Mono (now Xamarin) for Android platform which allowed us to write code which was usable on both systems and leverage WebMD's C# developers.During my time at WebMD, I also led the team which created a versatile data import platform which accepted data from a variety of sources including insurance claims, lab results, custom rewards data and many other data types. The system pulled the data in, cleansed and normalized it, then routed the data to the appropriate subsystem for further processing.
