Program IT and team lead. Responsible for planning new site openings, integration of local and foreign national support, ongoing maintenance of established sites, and closure of any decommissioned sites. primary location is Elgin AFB, however sites around the world are encompassed in the IT oversight of this position. works closely with business units for funding, procurement, and personnel coverage. Assists in all technical issues, supporting new and established employees worldwide. Projects not related to this position include automation and 802.1x integration, Identity Services Engine administration, and overall project management.

Lead engineer and architect for network and IT operations across multiple US sites and globally. Responsible for integration of wireless, IIOT devices, networking, camera integration, expansion of site, and ensuring all classifications of information are dealt with appropriately. This position is customer-facing, where the Jupiter leadership often presents requirements for expansion or customer satisfaction, and the site IT lead ensures those requirements are accomplished. Works closely with customers at out-sites installing routers, switches, firewalls, and cabling. Works extensively with extranets, isolans, and classified environments. Building, integrating, and maintaining command systems for training events requires rapid deployment and fix-action capabilities to ensure 100% up-time is met on all training exercises.

- Currently serving as Network Operations administrator and support for a large organization. Responsible for troubleshooting and rectifying issues pertaining to Command Post Nodes, Joint Network Nodes, and Satellite Transport Terminals across a broad range of mediums, switches, routers, firewalls, and other networking equipment. - Position includes troubleshooting via telephone or by traveling to deployed units to support network and long-haul communication for thousands of users. Often requires support down to the component level. - Serves as liaison between organizations and civilian support. Working with many different organizations and countries means that a broad range of communications skills are required. - Familiarity with network and information system security, as this skill is needed on a daily basis. Ensures through training and hands-on education that subordinate organizations comply with security requirements.

- Tier 3 Regional Network Control administrator for Regional Command-South, Kandahar Afghanistan. Job description included creating and managing network topology via OSPF routing protocols, ensuring connectivity through Cisco routing protocols and devices from HUB to over 10,000 end users, building and managing VLANs and VPN's, collecting information on domain violations and ensuring security is implemented through Cisco security protocols.- Worked extensively with Cisco routers and switches and transport mediums including FMV, Radio, Fiber, CAT5/CAT5E, Satellite, and others. - Helped create and implement security guidelines and SOP's. - Also utilized extensively for knowledge in satellite communications, ensuring entire subordinate sites and thousands of users maintain reliable connectivity through Regional Hub Nodes or other satellite communications terminals.

- Team Leader for a Standardized Tactical Entry Point (STEP) site in Frederick, Maryland. Responsibilities included maintaining and monitoring mission critical links between military assets, upgrading and maintaining equipment, troubleshooting real-time missions, and mentoring a team of 8-10 soldiers.- Worked intensively with baseband equipment, including FDMA and TDMA modems, encryption devices, COMSEC materials, Cisco Networking devices, HPA’s, and dual AN/FSC-78C heavy satellite earth terminals. This high-profile position included providing communications for Ground Mobile Forces, Joint Chiefs of Staff, and customers of the Defense Satellite Communications System (DSCS). - Trained constantly to rectify issues resulting from equipment failure.
