I've spent the last few years at Intermountain Health focused on indirect service categories, with responsibilities over Human Resources, Marketing and Communications, and Supply Chain and Logistics. The work includes strategy development for the categories I'm over, RFP work and supplier selection, as well as contract management.Previously, I worked for Honeywell Aerospace as a Project Manager on the Supplier Transformations Team for about 3 years. After graduating from BYU I came to Honeywell as a part of the University Rotational Development Program. I rotated through 3 six-month roles during my first eighteen months, gaining experience on the production floor, as a project manager, and as a buyer. Upon the completion of the rotational program, I pursued a role on the Supplier Transitions Team. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin with an MBA in May of 2021.I graduated from the Global Supply Chain Management program at BYU in December of 2016. I worked part time through school for Wencor, an Aerospace Manufacturing Company, balancing work with my schooling.What I love about supply chain is that you never do the same thing twice. Days never get boring. A mentor once explained to me that other disciplines keep score and cheerlead, while supply chain plays the game. The more I learn and study this field, the more passionate for it I become. What really drives me is when I successfully procure a more efficient supplier, and when I eliminate waste in a process.
