I have been in the information services, material handling, and records handling industries for over eleven years and have learned plenty, including how to enjoy the little, minute things that assist in the completion of an assigned task. I have successfully spent thirteen years in this industry working from a home office exceeding quotas. Three of these years I have been a lead of over 15 people and successfully assembling a record retrieval and storage SOP and management system for over 200,000 records and logs which the facility I have previously worked still uses.I have eight years experience working with the VA as a contractor under Veteran Evaluation Service. Currently full-time work from home in Binghamton. My obligation and joy comes from assisting doctors with completion of Veteran claims to ensure they are able to be quickly processed by the VA. Which in turn helps the Veteran's that go to VES get their benefits as quickly as possible. This is also completed under a quality quota and monthly minimum quota which I must abide by.In my time working with VES I have also worked as TSN, an event coordination and management company. We have had the pleasure to work directly with events with attendance as large at 100,000+ onsite patrons. Events such as SXSW, San Japan, Comicpalooza, and more, all of which I have been involved with everything from initial planning, to onsite execution, and have had the pleasure of providing written follow up to better the execution of the next planned events.Three years experience in maintaining, processing, and entering data from multiple business lines with Exxon Mobil contracted by Canon Business Process Services as a Team Lead. Experienced with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access to create and maintain a database of all records created and maintained within the facility and finding other various practical solutions. Maintained on a daily basis customer relationships between both Exxon Mobil and Canon Business Process Services and ensured that any questions or necessary adjustments in the data or compliance issues in the meta data is assisted by the client.
