Writing about yourself can be a challenge. I find it hard to put myself into a box between personal and professional life. Professionally I am a student, barista and marketing analyst. This can all be quite diverse but I love every aspect and I have learnt many skills from each place. In my personal life, I love to be outdoors and travel. A big priority now is my studies. I am a first-year Business Management student. This is a very broad subject but my interests within this subject are Marketing, Innovation and Entrepreneurship. I have really enjoyed taking what I am learning and applying it to my jobs. My knowledge of marketing was self-learnt when I was thrown into the deep end on an assignment with an organisation. They had put me in charge of their social media and ad spend budget. Within the 8 months under that assignment, I increased the social media following from 12k to 32k followers and increased the number of monthly leads by 550% due to well-performing ads and a budget increase because of. I have continued to learn about Digital Marketing working for Elevated Group where I am managing their LinkedIn ad spend and doing content creation for their social media pages.It is simple work but I have been enjoying my work as a barista at an exclusive members club in central London because I can network there with the visitors. Learning about their job roles and different industries. Not to mention the free coffee.
