I am earning a Bachelor of Science in Materials Engineering from California Polytechnic State University. My educational focus spans mechanical behavior, galvanic cell corrosion, metallurgy sample preparation, polymers, ceramics, and semiconductors. With a focus on research and development, I work on the Battery Systems Team at Cal Poly Racing FSAE using SolidWorks to design and test battery pack components for enhanced performance. My contributions included wind tunnel testing for passive cooling and drag analysis, alongside rigorous assessments of carbon fiber plating under varied thermal conditions. Additionally, collaborating within AAMP Corrosion Research, I lead the initiative to design a cost-effective battery cycle tester, leveraging comprehensive research and effective team communication strategies. Beyond academia, my diverse skill set extends to machine shop operations, customer service, and community engagement.
