Coming from a background of digital, customer experience and marketing solutions, he is currently the VP Strategy (APAC) for Dentsu B2B, the specialist practice within the fifth-largest advertising group, globally. Prior to this, he held senior roles at the likes of Accenture, Econsultancy and Publicis.Sapient, with international experience spanning a wide spectrum of industries including finance, technology, SaaS and manufacturing. Alongside client engagements, at management level he has developed and built consulting practices within these organisations, specifically focused on B2B marketing strategy and customer experience, as well as being responsible for securing revenue and having other related business performance KPIs. Over the years, he’s worked closely with brands such as Adobe, KPMG, Sony Ericsson, Cisco, Mastercard, Lenovo, Standard Chartered, NCS, Telstra, 3M, PayPal, LinkedIn, Microsoft and Woolworths.He holds a Masters in Digital Marketing Communications and is well known and respected by many senior professionals; having authored multiple industry reports over the years and contributed to a body of knowledge that digital specialists around the world have come to rely on.
