Introduce Radio 104.1 to initial advertisers. Develop advertising campaign and schedule. Write and produce radio spots (commercials) for new accounts. Manage and maintain relationships with over 150 accounts. Qualify the investor and present the station. Attend Chamber of Commerce functions, Expos, Events, Etc. for networking purposes. Assist accounts with promotional development. Create marketing campaign and ideas for accounts.

Coordinate disability services for those with mental and physical disabilities. Oversee 400+ cases (over 60 employees) from the start of care to discharge. Provide resources to the consumer that I obtained through contacts in the community. Develop new strategies to work with those that are behaviorally challenging. Participate in IEP data collection and implement the strategies to reach the goals set.  Participate in PPT meetings and implement the strategies to reach the goals set. Provide information to D.D.S. case managers and program managers relevant to the participants: tracking program, ABC program, behavioral program, waivers, etc. Conduct in-service for all Home Health Aides and Certified Nurses Aides, providing them with proper care instruction, the use of teaching strategies, minimal behavior modification, and essential information on specific diagnosis and disabilities.

Develop a new direct marketing approach. Achieve and exceeded referral expectations. Promote the agency and multiple programs to a wide range of medical providers and hospitals throughout Connecticut. Established over 250 new contacts in Fairfield County and New Haven County. Qualify all referral sources within the agencies. Attend expos, resource fairs, symposiums and conferences to endorse the program. Ensure program development. Maintain and increase census. Provide essential information and resources to potential referral agencies on a consistent basis. Maintain relationships in the community using face to face interactions. Devise new marketing and promotional strategies.
