I am an energetic and motivated entrepreneur who focuses on co-living in London. After being “headhunted” from a tiny coffee kiosk, I started my professional career working for Foxtons Estate agents, initially conducting cold calls in a telesales based role then in recruitment. After a few years with them I decided to start London Shared (in 2007).My passion and drive stem from my desire not only to make a success of myself but also helping other people. I pride myself on having very high integrity and am a firm believer that an agreement made with a handshake is just as binding as a written contract. Having started London Shared at 23 years old with limited capital (£20,000), I’m really proud to have now provided homes to over 7000 young professionals. We currently have roughly £300m of property under management - I am always interested in new partnerships with agents, developers and property owners so we can continue to grow that number.In my spare time I'm usually found hanging out with my wife, son and our two fur children (rescue dog and a cat) or eating my way around Europe. My other passion is Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, which I have trained and competed in since 2010, I am a black belt and I teach at a local Mixed Martial Arts gym in Poole.
