I am the Co-Founder and Creative Director of Hicks2, the Web+Creative studio for maverick brands.We build world-class websites that have taken businesses from conception to IPO, and produce unparalleled creative work that amplifies brand presence and longevity.Our mission is to help businesses see the bigger picture of their brand and give them the tools to leave a lasting impression on their audience.-Having started my career in the creative field at a young age, I had already taken on my first freelance clients by 17 and became the Marketing Manager at a rapidly growing CIC at 18 years old.By 20, I had helped drive the company to generate over 3,000 online orders, shipping to over 18 countries and providing an award-winning mental health service to over 350 people.Following, I became a key member of a Cardiff-based advertising agency, leading and producing creative for high-profile clients such as Sony, KIA, Elton John, P!NK, Cardiff City FC and FAW.Previously, I have worked on a variety of freelance projects. Notable clients include The Coaching Academy, Millimetres2Mountains, a charity founded by former rugby professionals Ed Jackson and Olly Barkley, and Bev James, manager and literary agent of Joe Wicks, BOSH! and the late Captain Sir Tom Moore.
