My findings suggested if I could earn 15% of the market’s trust in being serviced remotely, our company stood to gain a lucrative return from investing in the implementation of a remotely serviced market. Through the construction of trusted partnerships, I captured over 45% of the Northern Arizona market share. The three territory segments I was now managing, saw a collective revenue increase of 107% in YoY Growth.In 2018, I was in a new role where I refocused my sales process to uncover the pain points of each client. By diagnosing each client’s underlying pain points, I was able to construct upstanding partnerships by positioning my value as a trusted advisor. Through this approach I captured an unprecedented 86.5% of the Southern California market share.
