Just joined 3Z Brands as an analytics engineer! Very excited to be starting my journey here and I'm looking forward to contributing to the build out of improved data reporting and visibility.Most recently worked as a Sr Data Analytics Manager at Nike in the North America Finance organization. Prior to that, I worked as a senior data analyst at Columbia in Supply Chain Mfg and as a data analyst at Nike on the Global Retail Operations team.I formerly served as an officer in the Air Force, stationed at Randolph AFB, San Antonio, where I worked as an Operations Research Analyst.I have expertise in PowerBI, R, SQL, Tableau, and Excel/VBA, with familiarity in a bunch of other programming languages.I completed my Master’s at AFIT, with a certificate in Data Science. My data science skills include data visualization, data cleaning, coding, and optimization. I am actively working to improve my skills in machine learning, predictive modeling, model selection, and results interpretation. To supplement my Master’s, I have taken additional grad school classes at UTSA in the Data Science program, with a focus on building my understanding of machine learning & data mining.My other skills include project management, technical writing, and presenting.My interests (within data science) include sports analytics, optimization, and creating exciting visualizations. My interests (outside of work) include playing & coaching ultimate, board games, football, and the outdoors.
