Snow Scholars is a residential snow removal business that employs hundreds of college students. Snow Scholars was born out of necessity when realizing there was a lack of flexible, high-paying student jobs on campus and reading countless negative reviews posted by homeowners about their previous snow removal providers in late September of 2022. Founded in Madison Wisconsin, Snow Scholars operates on six campuses: University of Wisconsin-Madison, University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, University of Minnesota-Duluth, Wester Michigan University and Michigan State University. I am responsible for the business development, management, and oversight of multiple campus operations while delegating quality control, software development, billing, customer service, and other snow day tasks!
