Founder, President and co-owner of Agent Operations, Jake Kaasch leads the company's Logistics Department. Logistics include everything from high-quality sign and Supra installation and removal, to turnkey management of REO and HUD properties. His tenacity, strong organizational skills and commitment to the highest level of customer service are the hallmarks of his business and brand.Jake served as Operations Manager for his wife's real estate business for several years. He handled the details behind every transaction: from sign and lockbox installations and coordinating contractors for repairs to working out logistical challenges and everything in-between. His in-depth experience in real estate inspired the creation and philosophy of Agent Operations.Born in Scottsbluff, Nebraska, Jake moved to Wyoming in first grade, then to Reno, Nevada, at the beginning of his fourth-grade year. He became an avid snowboarder as a young teen, graduated from Sparks High School, and entered the workforce immediately, serving as a fire sprinkler journeyman and foreman for many years.Jake graduated from Leadership Round Rock in 2014 and volunteers for the Round Rock Arts, Hope Alliance and Habitat for Humanity.Jake fell in love with Texas early in life after visiting his sister in Houston shortly after high school. In 2012, that dream became reality. He and Lora made the journey to Round Rock in search of a better quality of life and to pursue dreams of owning their own business. Jake loves fast motorcycles, working on his 1971 Chevelle, and cruising his wakeboarding boat on Lake Georgetown.
