ProCert, LLC is a licensed training provider (LTP) with the American Red Cross, providing lifeguard and First Aid/CPR/AED training to students across the state of Tennessee. ProCert prides itself on traveling to clients to provide training wherever they may need it.

I served as a shallow-water lifeguard cast member at the Walt Disney World Resort during my Disney College Program (DCP). During this program, I took part in rigorous lifeguard training provided by Ellis & Associates. I was tasked with guest service and safety at 5 resort on Disney property.

I served as a Patient Care Aide in the Congestive Heart Failure Clinic. In this role, I was responsible for obtaining patient vital signs, completing venipuncture orders for routine blood tests, and educating patients on diet and medication regimens.
