Working with organizations of all sizes for my entire career, many seem to operate with vulnerabilities lying dormant on their network - either in areas of network architecture, cybersecurity, business continuity, security policies, or all of the above. For a time, these gaps sit unnoticed and don't affect work flow...until they do. When these gaps are exposed, it is likened to a thread being pulled from the seam rapidly. An unraveling of infrastructure obstacles and issues that can take weeks to repair and restore. As I am a huge proponent of business and business leadership in general, I am lucky enough to spend most of my time providing recommendations which keep work flow moving while protecting one of the most precious assets of a business - it's data.
