Responsible for initiating, planning, executing, monitoring & controlling, and closing vertical projects for defense department executives. o Managed 30 client projects in a complex matrix organization lasting 4-months in duration on-site with client and consistently awarded project extensions in excess of $2M over a 36-month period.

o Served as operations manager on more than 30 complex projects involving 175 people, a fleet of 24 combat vehicles, operating with a budget of more than $5 million, capital exceeding $50 million, and ranging from 3 to 15 months in duration.o 5+ years of project and functional management experience leading multi-functional teams of 3-7 people; positively leveraging peers, executives, and surrounding organizations to consistently exceed stakeholder expectations.o Selected as project manager among 25 peers to lead a 12-month project responsible for the initiation, planning, and execution phases to assemble a new 24 person multi-functional organization.
