Provide instructorship and mentorship to junior pilots to advance their pilotage skills and career progression as well as to teach tactics, techniques and procedures for helicopter operations. Officer, Collateral Duties: In addition to primary MOS requirements, ensure unit success by efficiently completing assigned collateral duties, which have included ground safety, maintenance department supervision, logistics, publications and records, and communications. Provide leadership and supervision for employees in respective work centers. Supervise and ensure adequate employee training, career progression, and overall welfare. Accomplishments:Successfully flew over 1000 flight hours to include 600 hours as pilot-in-command with zero mishaps or flight violations in a variety of locations and environments to include the southwestern United States, Southeast Asia, Australia and Afghanistan. F-16 Flight Test Engineer
Support developmental test and evaluation plans for United States Air Force and Coalition Foreign Military Sales variants of the F-16 aircraft.
