I am responsible for the operations and performance of all the subdivisions under the PRFU organisational structure. I act as a spokesperson and representative to the key stakeholders of the PRFU. I ensure that Philippine Rugby’s annual operational and long-term strategic objectives are achieved within the PRFU financial parameters. Responsible to create a highly positive and productive working environment, getting the PRFU to work together as a team and will provide leadership across all programs and implement effective use of all available resources to fully utilise staff skills, knowledge and expertise in an effective and efficient manner across the organization. Plan, manage, and implement ‘best practice’ and promote a highly professional and positive image for the sport, both inside and outside of the Philippine Rugby community. As the GM ll participate in planning and executing PRFU’s strategic and operational objectives and support the PRFU Board of Trustees in decision making and direction of the organisation.

The PRFU is the official governing body of the sport of Rugby Union in the Philippines.

As Head of National Teams and Corporate Partnerships I provide the PRFU services in the development of corporate partnership opportunities and the overall management of national teamsLiaise with contracted PRFU agents to identify potential partners and ensure the packages are delivered in a consistent matter; establish and maintain strong working relationships with all existing PRFU sponsors as well as review all previous and existing PRFU sponsorship contracts to identify opportunities for renewals and / or expanded terms; identify and develop new partnership opportunities for the PRFU and national teams; develop comprehensive partnership packages and presentations and have an active role in the presentation of these packages to prospective PRFU partners; assist in the development of contracts for new and renewing partners ensuring consistency of documentation and meeting of sponsor expectations; monitoring existing sponsorship agreements and ensure deliverables are achieved and all correspondence is promptly handled; oversee and monitor all national teams’ player commitments in respect of partners contractual requirements; monitor and ensure updates are met to a high standard of content on PRFU social media and websites Management of National TeamsEstablish and maintain strong working relationships with all contracted PRFU national players along with assisting with the coaching and management of these national teams; coordinate itineraries of all national team coaching staff including but not limited to forecasting budgets for programs, training sessions, meetings, accommodation, transportation as well as presentations and award ceremonies for sponsorship events; coordinate all requirements for high performance facility training plus prepare all requirements for hosting international events as well as touring events for overseas competitions;
