Every penny from our tasty food was reinvested into supporting our trainees to create better lives for themselves, and we were supported by the Mayor of London, Esmée Fairbairn, the EY Foundation and more.Sadly, while the training was successful and the food tasty, we couldn't make the social enterprise business model work and had to close the business down.
