Our process for recruiting and fulfilling our clients’ employment needs starts with clearly defining our clients’ objectives and specifications to ensure our understanding of their business and culture. We then obtain a consensus on the positions scope and responsibilities, compensation package, reporting relationships and profile of the desired employee. From this information, we develop a search plan and begin the search. Early on in our relationship with a new client, we review our search plan and get feedback from the client. We strive to continue to grow our understanding and knowledge of the client and their needs. Our success is measured by consistently fulfilling our clients’ needs in a timely and professional manner and developing long-term relationships.
