With two years spearheading special projects in pension operations at BF&M Group, my focus has been on driving efficiency through strategic process improvements. These initiatives have not only enhanced customer success but also strengthened our team's problem-solving capabilities.At the heart of my professional journey lies a commitment to optimizing operations and leveraging technology to deliver exceptional improvements. BF&M's environment has been the perfect proving ground for applying my skills to intangible (knowledge-based) process improvement and fostering a more end-consumer focused approach to operational excellence. This is reinforced by my time with Rx Security Inc. where I did the same but in a more tangible (manufacturing) environment. Experience in both worlds has greatly leveraged my abilities in each.I may have over 25 years in operations management, process improvement, and project management related roles; working in service, manufacturing and IT environments - however this experience has only proven to me that my primary value is not realized by the accumulation of all this knowledge, but in my ability to not be limited by it.
