In July of 2017 at the age of 20, I recognised the opportunity to make money through repairing mobile phones from home; so happened Impala Screens. It has been a fantastic introduction to the world of business. It has taught me the importance of customer service, brand equity, social media marketing, customer databases, clearly defined target audiences, valuing employees, organisation, short lead times, over-delivering of value, b2b relationships and the value of customer rapport. However, due to a lack of scale and fulfilment, I am currently looking to sell and move onto something bigger, better and more fulfilling
