I'm currently a stand-alone entity in our People function looking after the end-to-end lifecycle for all FlyFormers and suppliers. I manage all processes and policies from employee engagement to employee relations, onboarding new people products such as a HRMS and performance and engagement platform as well as managing all of our employee benefits ensuring that they're industry leading. Work with our Senior Management Team to deliver on all People needs aligning to our overall people and business strategy to deliver a world class experience. I also oversee the facilities for our Cardiff HQ ensuring that it is culturally fitting for all Cardiff based FlyFormers as well as our other teams when they visit.
