Managed small parts procurement, and led operational improvement projects.- Redesigned and implemented order cancellation process Finished goods inventory was reduced by over $3M from July 2007 to July 2009. - Analyzed data and facilitated the restructuring of manufacturing operations. - Resource Optimization - Supervised nine therapy aides' daily work to ensure adequate coverage and quality level of care for the patients. Coordinated seven physical therapists' daily schedules to maximize their capacities.- Process Management - Designed and streamlined interdepartmental information flow protocols among medical, business, and physical therapy offices to improve efficiency and to maintain timely and uninterrupted patient treatments.
