I am a Project Manager working within Northumbrian Water Groups Essex & Suffolk operating region. Currently responsible for delivery of a wide range of water quality driven capital projects on treatment and distribution sites. With 10 years experience across the Water and Civil Engineering sectors I have fulfilled a number of roles across a wide range of schemes varying in complexity and scale. Following starting my career at Atkins as an apprentice CAD Technician in 2013 I, in 2017 moved to NWG. Starting my career in the Water industry as a Design Coordinator within their Network Design and Construction team. Responsible for delivery of mains laying projects and utility diversions I worked closely with a number of nationally significant infrastructure projects assessing the impact these projects would have on NWG assets. In early 2021 I started a role with NWGs Tactical Planning team, responsible for investment planning on water treatment sites. The role required close liaison with internal stakeholders to prioritise business investment needs and deliver the front end feasibility of capital projects prior to project release. In late 2022 I moved into NWGs Capital Delivery team as a Project Manager. I am currently responsible for a large programme of work aimed at improving water quality compliance, asset reliability and supply resilience.
