Our work also expanded into advanced R&D, exploring emerging technologies like Metahuman Digital Colleagues, conversational AI, and digital human interaction. This foundation has positioned us at the forefront of this fundamental and impending paradigm shift in using and interacting with technology.In my former roles, I was Director of Engineering at Salesforce and led the development of the industry-leading marketing automation product Journey Builder.
