We set out to create a style of sake that is easy to drink and enjoy. All our sake starts as Junmai, we use only use four simple ingredients: Water (from the glacier-carved Yosemite water-shed), Rice (grown in the Sacramento valley), heirloom Koji and native sake Yeast. All Sequoia Sake contains no sulfites, tannins and is 100% gluten free. The first “real-nama” made in California!
