• Mentor, manage, and create alongside a rock star design team by providing guidance and support to help them grow, contributing to a innovative learning based design culture.• Craft design strategy and establish workflows for the design team that puts an emphasis on team health and morale so we can do our best work.• Strategize how to best tackle project challenges and negotiate priorities alongside account lead and client stakeholders that allow for the alignment of creative efforts and business goals.• Estimate project and task efforts for design team to establish timelines and team workloads

• Lead, energize, and motivate the design team in creating innovative, intuitive, and best-in-class experiences for companies with legacy brands of global scale to fledgling startups.• Create goal-driven end-to-end user-experiences, visual directions, and UI for digital products (web and native) through competitive research, static and motion graphics, videos, and interactive prototypes to present complex topics in clear and understandable ways. • Facilitate collaboration both internally and externally to discover creative solutions with cross-functional teams like project stakeholders, account leads, developers, designers, and other parties that contribute to project success.• Present product and design solutions/recommendations to client executives/leadership.

• Lead creative on integral projects by creating unique user-centric experiences through tailored user-experience and visual design, motion graphics, and prototypes.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of project managers, developers, researchers, and QA professionals both internally and externally.• Present designs and thinking to client stakeholders and their leadership teams.

• Take part in monthly design challenges (ex. redesigning US currency, creating infographics)• Challenge members to get outside their comfort zone• Learn new techniques and programs

• Design advertisements for new and established brands (ex. Starbucks®, Villa Pizza®, Knight Spot Grill)• Implement multi-faceted marketing initiatives• Prioritize internal and external deadlines• Perform on-site food and location photography
