Jake has demonstrated many talents I feel are key to success as a District Executive. Chief among these are an understanding of customer service and an ability to build relationships with volunteers. I have been impressed with his ability to then leverage those relationships into accomplishing district tasks. He has a creative mind in terms of program development and use of technology in order to be more efficient. He is quick to learn and rarely needs close inspection of his work. I think Jake’s demeanor also separates him from the pack. There is very little complaint when the going is tough, no excessive boasting of accomplishments; just genuine care to do his best work.
