A general summary of my projects are as follows:• Designed parts to be machined to retrofit an existing machine to increase assembly line efficiency.• Created engineering drawings of new and edited machine parts.• Designed a modification to the new assembly line structure to protect an exposed wire way.• Designed a workstation to process rejected product on the new assembly line using existing materials.• Documented all work completed and next steps to ensure a smooth transfer of responsibilities.• Managed a cross-functional intern team to develop a new product concept under the DeWalt brand withmechanical and financial justification, and presented the final deliverables to executives.• Selected ideal crossover bridges and locations to improve travel time around a newly installed assembly line.
