This was completed within a very short 3-month timespan, on time without any major incident or loss of data reported. This project saved the company 2 million dollars in license spend. • Lead the technical implementation and data migration from legacy on-site services to Microsoft Office 365 for 48,000 employees and partners converting collaboration capabilities and increasing technology adoption, effectively lowering annual operating costs with a 36% ROI in year 3 after implementation.• Implemented the future steady-state operating model for 365, accelerating talent development, driving engagement, and actively scouted and developed talents through the organization.
