Pepper Environmental Technologies is a subsidiary of Pepper Construction Group which focuses specifically on abatement work.

Responsible for Pepper Energy, High Performance & Sustainability, Virtual Construction, Field Operations, Pepper Environmental Technologies (abatement), and overall long-term strategy

As Vice President of ICS, I oversaw three critical departments; Preconstruction & Estimating, High Performance & Sustainability, and Virtual Design & Construction. These three departments are integral to how Pepper delivers work and they utilize 3D models to pass information between each other and various project stakeholders. These departments are also a testing ground for the implementation of new technologies and strategies.

As Vice President of Operations Tech, I oversaw our entire suite of software tools. This entailed bridging field technologies with enterprise technologies, including our main ERP and CRM systems. I also oversaw the transition of managers within our Virtual Design and Construction department.

My first task as Director of Operations Tech was to implement a dashboarding solution to visualize all data at Pepper Construction. After successful implementation and roll-out of dashboards, I focused on other software strategies to improve our field productivity.

As a Project Manager in our Interiors Department, I successfully delivered a multitude of tenant fit outs and renovations. My main clients included BMO Harris Bank, Health Care Services Corportation, and Sidley Austin.
