Head of the Student Recruitment Office, the main business unit responsible for the growth of the English MBA programs. Managed the team through the challenges of COVID-19 by restructuring roles and priorities, leading to a record high MBA intake in 2021.

Led a six-member team responsible for growing the university’s programs and courses in Tokyo, Osaka and online.

Led growth strategies for the Online MBA program, launched in English in 2017. I planned and executed initiatives across the marketing and sales funnel, from digital marketing contents and events to refined sales support strategies. After the successful launch of Asia's first live, online MBA in 2017, our activities resulted in double application numbers in 2018 and a program that continues to grow in quality and scale.
