• Negotiated leases, renewals, and amendments of oil and gas leases in the Niobrara asset (Colorado drilling activity area)• Managed and coordinated a four-person Field Landman crew to successfully complete pre-drill land projects for oil and gas drilling activities, including a variety of real property law activities• Led Niobrara Land budgets through outlook and long-range planning financial exercises• Launched a cross-functional team of eight employees to establish new company venture code process workflows for booking costs and revenues for all United States properties• Developed payment process by analyzing applicable Colorado case law to ensure compliance in all Colorado royalty payments through the Niobrara asset• Improved Lower 48 payout tracking process for Land and Joint Venture Accounting, resulting in more accurate tracking of investment payback for U.S. wells

• Oversaw and managed land operations through prospects of more than 40,000 acres in the Barnett asset, which included leasing oil and gas interests, drafting and negotiating term assignments, and acquiring amendments of leases• Led audits for Lower 48 general business processes through the Barnett asset and recommended critical process improvements that led to a 100% passage rate in future audits• Co-led the Barnett asset revenue tracking project

• Developed acquisition options by performing land title research and competitor analysis through third-party subscriptions services. Provided management with alternative locations to purchase acreage and drill; majority of options were pursued
