Jake Ramage is currently the co-CEO of Go Store It as of August 2024. Go Store It is one of the largest self storage owners and operators in the United States with over 10,000,000 square feet in its portfolio with over 150 properties located across the country. Previously Jake was co-founder and President & CEO of Snapbox Self Storage. Snapbox is a vertically integrated, self-storage focused, investment and management company that he founded in 2013 and headquartered in Philadelphia, PA. Prior to co-founding Snapbox, Jake was one of the most active self storage real estate appraisers in the country, earning an Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI) designation. He worked at Ernst & Young, Cushman & Wakefield, and most recently, Managing Director and head of the Philadelphia appraisal office at Colliers International. As a commercial real estate appraiser, Jake won numerous local and national awards, and was recognized by Valuation Magazine as one of the top appraisers in the United States under 30. He also served as the President of his Southern New Jersey Chapter for an unprecedented two, consecutive terms. Jake is a former Division-1 men’s basketball player and team co-captain at Bucknell University and earned an M.B.A from Drexel University. In high school, Jake was nominated to the McDonald's All-American High School Basketball Team. Jake is currently an active member of the Young President's Organization (YPO).
