I analyze my activity and use a daily journal to catalog activities. I would then review my weekly progress and accomplishments to fine-tune my process. I started spending 80-90% of my time with customers that had the highest ROI. I implemented my time management system in August 2017 for a Mega Shop and this helped increase their purchases with us by 50% in August 2018.ยข ๐—”๐˜๐˜๐—ถ๐˜๐˜‚๐—ฑ๐—ฒ: It all comes down to holding yourself accountable. After training for 6 months and then moving to the biggest city in the US, I had a difficult time finding my way. Until I came up with my sales system and started learning from the local distributor reps, and utilizing their expertise, I felt like I was on an island. Key relationships and using every resource at my fingertips made the biggest difference in my attitude. I started seeing success and realized a collaborative sales approach made all the difference. I reached 106% of my plan and placed 15th in the country out of 100 reps nationwide in 2017! ๐ŸŽ‰
