This trailblazing service was the first and largest global virtual creative collective, developed in response to rising industry operating costs and the availability of creative talent due to the 2007-2009 “Great Recession,” where layoffs in the advertising industry were prevalent.Developed Flockstar®, a proprietary web-based platform to host and manage creative/idea competitions. Recruited and curated a diverse "always-on" creative “crowd,” delivering ideas/concepts across a range of brand applications, from strategies to concepts and insights.After multiple test competitions, in Y1, Flockstar® hosted over 35 crowdsourcing projects for TMA clients such as AT&T, Frito-Lay, Danone, Anheuser-Busch, State Farm, and TopGolf, generating over $750K in net revenue.
