My primary responsibility was to work with founders, get them onboarded to AWS, and ensure a best-in-class experience for one of AWS's most significant revenue segments.I also led AWS's strategy for Y Combinator artificial intelligence & machine learning Cos and made angel investments in Solugen ($357M /$1.8B - Sept 2021) and 13 other companies.

Built and launched Aero.com for Garrett Camp. Raised the first $4M, ran product, and hired the founding team.Aero is a semi-private airline with operations in the North America and Europe and $120M+ raised.

I researched two newCo concepts before greenlighting Aero. Expa is a startup incubator created by the founder of Uber alongside top entrepreneurs from AddThis, Foursquare, and others.

Y Combinator W16. Grew Compgun (Sales Commission SaaS) from concept to $300k ARR. Sold to Xenon Ventures. Led a team of 7 FTEs. Product, Ops, Finance, and Sales.

Responsible for company-wide top-line modeling of all sales revenue and headcount. Managed a team of 3 globally, reporting directly into the CFO and CRO. Left to start Compgun.

Led shipper, carrier, and business operations (all things customers and ops) for a trucking freight marketplace backed by Andreessen Horowitz and Y Combinator.

Learned to code 11 hours a day / 6 days a week / 12 weeks. One of a select group of students asked to stay on and teach after the program ended.

I was LivingSocial’s first business analyst, and joined the company as it’s 30th employee (saw and contributed to hypergrowth). I took on roles of increasing responsibility, and was promoted twice in my time at the company. I reached Director level in <2 years.
