Field Engineer for ExxonMobil Billings Refinery 2018 Turnaround $200M+• Directed a crew which managed to take inventory for all AECOM material onsite in one week.• Implemented processes with buy-in at all levels to keep inventory up to date.• Initiated and coordinated piping fabrication with 3 shops across the U.S. taking into account schedule, lead times, constructability, cost, design changes and quality.• Set priorities and directed warehouse crews on daily assignments - receiving, updating inventory, and preparation of work packages for delivery and install.• Provided status reports to management and the client as well as real-time updates to the field in fabrication and material status.

Responsibilities included managing and performing engineering on multiple projects, each at various stages, as well as providing bi-weekly estimate and schedule status reports to the client. Project solutions were designed for and executed with feedback from all stakeholders: Operators, Safety, Reliability, QA/QC, Process, construction contractors, scheduling, and controllers. Project Experiences:________________________________________Redundant Level Indication Nozzle Install Designed and located nozzles on ASME BPVC Section VIII Div. 1, 2015 pressure vessels for wet H2S service. Classified as Repairs where allowed by NBIC. Coordinated calculation package supporting Alterations with offsite resources and has been successful in gathering Authorized Inspector and Reliability approval. Coker D2 Blowdown Drum Analysis Built and analysed 55-foot Coker D2 drum in PV Elite 2017 to determine vessel suitability according to ASME BPVC Section VIII Div. 1, 2015 for current and potential operating conditions. Provided a summary report to management and Reliability with results and recommendations.Crude Oil Fin Fans PSV and Piping RerateSupported procurement of two fin fans. Installed new piping spools with PSV’s for liquid expansion overpressure scenario. Performed force and moment calculations for PSV’s. Created piping stress analysis package for evaluation by offsite resources and implemented their solutions in the field.Tank Maintenance Program Responsible for working with client inspection department and construction contractor to scope projects ensuring all tank maintenance concerns are being addressed. Responsibilities include design, performing API 650/653 calculations, providing welding procedures and specifications to field crews, and procuring materials (valves, pipe, and specialty items) and equipment.
