Life is all about balance. I believe that to be true in both your work life and personal life. In my career, I've found that building and encouraging a team-first culture that understands that is key to success both on and off the clock. Many have said "the customer is always right", but I believe that to be false. However, even if the customer is "wrong", we still have an opportunity to serve them with integrity, grace, humility, and compassion. Having a strong foundation in our role and the support of the people around us is crucial to executing on this principal successfully. As we continue to serve in this capacity, we continue to grow organically without losing sight of who we are as an employee or company.When not on the clock, I'm striving to be the best husband and father I can be. Thankfully, I've been blessed with family who prefers to be in the same place I do - outside in the wilderness. You'll find us camping (actual camping...in tents), backpacking, paddle boarding, snowboarding, playing in rivers and lakes, climbing mountains, or being beach bums. Also, camp fire is my favorite cologne. To us, there is so much more to experience than binging another season on Netflix. In whatever we do, I hope to find balance. There will be great days and tough days. Days filled with wild successes to celebrate and those with catastrophic fails to learn from. That's the beauty of this life. There's always another day, until there isn't. So I try my best to take each day as the 24 hour gift it is, because time is the one thing we can never get back.
