I grew my management skills starting in a career of store management for McDonald’s. Most of my base training comes from their management training system. I moved on to try new things by becoming the office manager for Portland wholesale grocery company before returning to McDonalds when approached by one of their franchises. After Mc Donald’s I moved on to KFC as a general manager with a better salary. I decided to make a move out of food and took a position as a general manager for Dollar Tree where I learned a lot about managing people in a highly challenging demographically diverse metro location. I believe my management experience and skill set can be utilized in many industries and hope to find a rewarding position where I can help develop people and make positive progress within an inclusive and diverse work environment.
