Jake T. Mathews joined Keiter in July of 2022. He received his Master of Accounting from the College of William & Mary, Raymond A. Mason School of Business. Prior to joining Keiter, Jake was a legislative intern for Virginia State Senator, Tommy Norment. Jake is a Certified Public Account and he is proficient in data analysis and performing complex financial modeling.Jake performs business valuations for the purposes of estate, gift, and income taxes; business and estate planning; marital dissolutions; goodwill impairment; asset impairment; stock-based compensation, and financial reporting. He also performs with forensic accounting investigation and litigation consulting services and has assisted with sell-side transaction advisory services.Jake has served clients in a variety of industries including, but not limited to financial services, real estate, professional services, clinical research, manufacturing, IT and software services, logistics and transportation, foodservice distribution, health care services, and construction.He completed his Master of Accounting at the Raymond A. Mason School of Business - William & Mary after receiving the Jack Kent Cooke Graduate Scholarship and completing his Bachelor's of Arts in Public Policy - Summa Cum Laude, also from William & Mary.
