Director Direct Marketing
Current- Develop and implement comprehensive direct marketing strategies, including direct mail, DRTV, CTV/OTT and telemarketing, to attract, engage, and retain individual donors and supporters.- Design and manage donor retention campaigns for high-value and core donors, optimizing targeting, messaging, and segmentation to maximize retention rates and average gift value.- Drive revenue growth through personalized solicitations, monthly giving programs, matching gift campaigns, and integrated marketing approaches.- Oversee the development of compelling marketing collateral, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.- Manage the direct marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize return on investment.- Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in direct marketing and fundraising, implementing new technologies and strategies to optimize campaign effectiveness.- Lead cross-departmental initiatives to improve donor experience.
