I consult and collaborate with our executive leaders and public partners to design programs that advance Seneca's strengths-based human services. Seneca's 150+ programs are delivered in partnership with mental health, education, child welfare, and juvenile justice agencies spanning more than 20 counties in California and Washington.I develop and manage project lifecycles (typically four to six weeks) resulting in the creation of timely high-quality bids to secure funding or promote the agency's strategic objectives. I have completed 32 proposals and more than 60 total projects, which have directly lead to the award of more than $5.2 million in county, state, federal, and philanthropic funds. In the course of program design, I create both narrative content and projected budgets that undergo an iterative feedback process with my team. I regularly create and edit 10 to 20 pages of professional-quality writing per week. I support the training and mentorship of new staff, as well as regularly contribute to quality improvements in my team's project processes. In addition, I review and edit during the feedback process for my teammates' writing projects.

Coordinated technical assistance and facilitated peer learning forums between 16 project sites as part of the Making Connections initiative. Making Connections aims to develop community-level approaches to improve the mental health and wellbeing of young boys and men of color. In collaboration with a coalition of public health organizations, helped to organize and co-facilitate Prevention Insitute's annual grassroots advocacy event ENACT DAY at the State Capitol. At ENACT Day, Prepared participants with the skills to perform direct advocacy related to policies that affect the environment, transit, public space, and physical activity. Reviewed public health research and synthesized engaging digital content (e.g. fact sheets, e-alerts, website print) to promote upstream practices in community prevention and health system transformation.
