After my freshman year of college, I had the opportunity to work at Pathways Lutheran Outdoor Ministries for 5 summers as a counselor, assistant program director, and as the High Adventure Program Director. Being able to teach kids and be a part of their lives while challenging them and pushing them was an incredibly rewarding experience. As an assistant program director and High Adventure Program Director, I was in charge of training staff on the challenge course procedures, planning offsite programs, doing maintenance on the challenge course which included a high ropes course and a low ropes challenge course, and most importantly, ensuring that everyone was safe while having great experiences.In December of 2016, I graduated from Minnesota State University, Moorhead with a bachelor's in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management. I'm positive that the lessons and skills I learned in my pursuit of the degree will assist me in any job while pursuing my passion.Currently, I'm working as a shift lead at a Buffalo Wild Wings, which has allowed me to grow as a leader while working with a very diverse group of people as a staff.I'm well-versed in communication, conflict management as well as relationship management, and operations.I'd love to get together and share some of my experiences as well as hear some new stories, so please don't hesitate to get in touch.
