As an IVY Lead I was responsible for the progress at two work units: the Hot Strip Mill (WB2) and the Cold Strip Mill (KBW). Furthermore, I assisted my colleague responsible for Ore Preparation (EVB) by completing the fieldchecks at the Sinter Factory (SIFA).Due to my previous experience part of my time was dedicated to training new colleagues. During the absence of our project manager I would take over select tasks such as: lead meetings, monitor and report progress and troubleshoot problems.
